Manny’s passion for safety didn’t start with rigid regulations. It began with looking out for the people next to him while serving as a logistician in the United States Marine Corps. That military experience taught him a fundamental truth—the best way to keep a team safe is through clear communication, genuine care, and meticulous, practical planning.

Following his honorable service, Manny brought that exact same supportive, mission-first mindset to some of the country's most complex and high-stakes fields. He spent years in the trenches of aerospace and defense manufacturing, semiconductors, environmental compliance, and the construction industry. Throughout his career, he saw firsthand just how overwhelming, chaotic, and stressful navigating safety compliance can feel for business owners.

Driven to make a positive, lasting change, Manny founded Vantage Safety in 2025. He wanted to build a different kind of safety consulting firm. One focused on forming real, collaborative partnerships rather than just dropping by to point out problems and violations.

To ensure our clients always receive the absolute highest tier of technical guidance, Manny backed his 12 years of hands-on field experience with elite academic and professional credentials. He holds an MBA, an MS in Occupational Health and Safety Management, and the industry’s gold standard—the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation.
